Charms is the online, password-protected website that allows Director David Moellenkamp and others involved in the administration of the Los Alamitos Choir program the ability to communicate important and sensitive information to individual students, specific choirs and the entire choir program when the need arises. It is also the place where parents can access data about their financial accounts related to choir activities.
Although every attempt is made to communicate updated information related to the choir program through a variety of channels, it is still each family's responsibility to check Charms on a regular basis for current information and announcements. Every family in the choir program is required to log-in to Charms and enter/update the most current information for their student and parent/guardians to ensure Mr. Moellenkamp and the Booster Club can be in contact as needed.

Every family is encouraged to also sync the calendar to their phones. This is an easy and convenient way to receive schedule updates. First, enter Charms, then choose the Calendar Tab. There will be a "Sync Calendar" button under the tabs and next to the "Exit Charms" button near the top of the page. Instructions for your device will appear, and you can go from there! Making a payment on Charms!
Step 1: Log into Charms: https://www.charmsoffice.com
Step 2: Click on Finances
Step 3: Click on the rectangle next to the word “paypal” for the payment you would like to make.
Step 4: Click “Pay Fixed Payments”
Step 5: Process your payment through paypal
